Skills development is the key to finding a career that suits you now and to the future. On-line learning can deliver a new way to access the tools you need to keep your skills current.

Maxima provides a number of on-line services to applicants, trainees and new employees and is working toward delivering complete courses in the near future. We currently offer (links open in a new window):

• Literacy and numeracy testing. Applicants for positiions with our group training division are asked to undertake basic skills testing on-line - if you have lodged an application and been successfully shorlisted, you will receive a username and password to access the testing site.
• New employee OHS&W inductions provide a basic overview of your responsibilities as a new employee with Maxima. Your employment consultant or Australian Apprenticeship co-ordinator will arrange access for you to complete the induction before you start your new placement.
• Recognition of prior learning (RPL). You can lodge an RPL application on-line for any course in Horticulture, by arrangement with the course co-ordinator.
