Maxima is a national leader in helping the business community achieve Indigenous employment targets and build a stronger and more diverse workforce.

We have more than 350 trainees and apprentices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent placed with host employers, which includes national leaders such as Australia Post, Qantas and major banks.

Maxima is also a close partner with government. We are the exclusive provider in South Australia of the Federal Government-funded Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) program, and were selected in 2017 to manage the Correctional Services Training and Employment Program (C-STEP) for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Maxima is passionate about working with employers and government to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and achieve great business outcomes.
