Maxima are currently seeking an experienced administration and store person all- rounder who can hit the ground running at a hospital based in the Adelaide CBD.

The Role:

This unique role will see you performing tasks in a number of areas within the hospital warehouse, including administration and store work. Duties may include:

  • Inventory control
  • Receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are arriving to schedule
  • Maintain and prepare administration and stock files
  • Support administration team in compiling reports and data entry
  • Investigate and resolve stock inconsistencies
  • Picking and packing of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
  • Distribution and replenishment of medical supplies to the hospital
  • Monitor stock incoming/outgoing
  • Load/unload products

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, ideally within a hospital
  • Computer skills- working knowledge of Microsoft office, including excel
  • Experience using inventory management systems
  • Familiarity using barcode scanners
  • Knowledge of ERP (enterprise resource planning)
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Physically fit to undertake store person duties
