Your goal is to build the network and achieve the required individual performance levels in the delivery of contracted employment services, specifically the registration of customers and placement.Some of the things you will do:Identify, implement and maintain person-centred strategies to attract and retain both customers and employersEffectively negotiate employment opportunities for customersUndertake duties associated with the management of a customer caseloadBuild and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders Contribute to the development of the Maxima teamEnsuring operations are conducted ethically, fairly and within the statutory legal and contractual requirementsWhat is required?Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environmentStrong networks in the community services sectorDemonstrated experience in marketing/salesDemonstrated success working in a target driven environmentOur team encourages innovative thinking and a can-do approach to the challenges of this role.
