Our Disability Employment Services division is experiencing significant growth and we are currently seeking a DES Traineeship & Apprenticeship Coordinator.Working across multiple regions (including States and Territories), the DES Traineeship & Apprenticeship Coordinator will work with the Disability Employment Services management team to promote and arrange Australian Apprenticeships for people living with disability (PWD), either through contract with Maxima Group Training or direct employment with the employer.Some of your key tasks:Represent the organisation at appropriate forums leading towards the promotion of the Maxima Group to either potential PWD Australian Apprentices or potential employersPromote PWD Australian Apprenticeships to internal DES staff and assist them to increase their knowledge and ability in relation to Australian ApprenticeshipsProvide monthly activity reports to managementEnsure appropriate relationships with Training Providers are in place to support Trainees and Apprentices living with disability, injury or health conditionIdentify and diffuse potential problems relating to PWD Australian Apprentices training issues, pay enquiries, absenteeism and any other areas identified by the host employer/supervisor or by the Australian ApprenticeThis position will be based at our Hindmarsh office.
