As a Customer Employment Support Team Consultant you will identify, develop and implement strategies to ensure customers achieve ongoing sustainable employment outcomes, beyond 52 weeks.You will do this by working collaboratively with other managers and staff to support local customers retention and sustainable long-term employment initiatives. You will use knowledge of relevant deeds, guidelines, legislation, regulations and Departmental advice, to ensure compliance and provide recommendations on service development or improvement.Key tasks include:Ensure customers in post placement support are receiving adequate person-centric supportProvide reports and recommendations on future servicing, retention and intervention initiativesWork collaboratively and in a coordinated manner through National Business Leaders to educate and advise DES Managers and staff on actions required to meet KPIsProvide early warning of areas needing immediate actionMonitor and process ongoing support feesContribute to the development of relevant policies, procedures, including system processes and tools to assist with service deliveryThis position is a full-time, fixed term contract until 30 June 2023, located at our Hindmarsh office.
