You will be assisting and educating customers with how to access government services online, conduct transactions and promoting the uptake and use of other digital services.This is an exciting opportunity to undertake paid practical experience whilst completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Customer Engagement over a 12 month period. During this time, you will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. National traineeship wages and conditions apply.Please note that an offer of employment is subject to passing a National Police Check.
