The Opportunity
Maxima in conjunction with Service NSW, are seeking a proactive and motivated Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to join a rapidly growing service centre team as a Trainee Digital Service Representative.
Throughout this 12-month, fulltime opportunity you will gain a nationally accredited Certificate III in Customer Engagement, hands-on experience, paid training, and continuous mentoring.

Duties include:
- Create a positive relationship in all interactions to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote the adoption of digital services and educate users
- Assist customers with digital queries appropriately
- Refer customers to appropriate channel for transactions and complaints
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of information resources
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to provide high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Committed, reliable and hardworking
- Strong computer and technology knowledge
