Our client is a highly respected manufacturer and distributor of after market vehicle accessories and is looking for a casual assembly worker to join their manufacturing team. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform assembly tasks across various assembly stations
  • Machine setting, loading and operation
  • Use of a range of measuring devices
  • Safe operation of pallet trucks and hand trolleys
  • Perform basic machine maintenance
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials and tools
  • Maintain basic records
  • Perform quality checks and report any non-conformance
  • General housekeeping and upkeep of the production area
  • Work effectively in a team environment 

Key Requirements include:

  • Production / assembly experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to read / follow basic work flow diagrams / procedures
  • Current Police Check (less than 6 months old preferred)
