Accounts & Administration Officer

* $35 Per Hour + Super
* Parkside Location
* 1 – 2 Days Per Week

We are currently seeking an immediate start for an experienced Administration/Accounts/Receptionist person to assist for approximately 1 – 2 days per week in their office in Parkside. 

General duties:

  • Assisting with answering the phones
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Reconciling of accounts and preparing reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets)
  • Data entry of invoices 
  • General banking
  • Cashflow analysis
  • Supplier payments
  • Processing payroll and invoices on a weekly basis
  • Process the monthly superannuation payments and payroll tax
  • Completing the reconciliation of accounts payable, business MasterCard and accounts receivable 

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll need to have a professional attitude, accounts experience and be comfortable speaking to both internal and external customers. We expect you will be a fast learner, have an eye for detail and be someone who’s comfortable processing data and information in a timely and accurate manner. 

You’ll need to have previous experience in general accounts and experience using MYOB (essential) and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
