Maxima has been engaged to recruit a casual Administration Officer – for an entry level role based in the Western suburbs.
About the role
Working in the front office of a Distribution Centre, you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks to record, process and track orders.
You will also be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors to the Distribution Centre
- Answering and directing calls
- Responding to emails
About you
You are well presented and have good interpersonal skills. You are looking for an opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where you can build upon your administrative skills, learning from a professional team.
You have experience with the Microsoft Suite – including Outlook, Word and Excel, are reliable and punctual and will be able to successfully complete:
- Full medical – including Drug and Alcohol Testing
- National Police Check
