Our Client

Located in the North Eastern suburbs, our client, The ARC Campbelltown, is looking for an experienced Administration Support Officer to join their team in the Learn to Swim (LTS) office. This high-profile facility provides state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, café and function facilities.

The Role

The Administration Support Officer provides day to day administrative support for the successful operations of the ARC Learn to Swim (LTS) programs.
This role is offered on a 12-month full time contract or if preferred can consider working on a casual basis (Monday to Friday)
Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Aquatic Team Leader
  • Administration duties; including customer facing LTS contact (queries, email / phone call)
  • No handling of complaints / technical queries: to be escalated by administrator
  • Assist in the marketing of the LTS program
  • Assist in management of the LTS bookings & changes
  • Ad hoc administrative requirements of the LTS program.
  • Escalate matters to the Team Leader for action.
  • Complete & maintain sports vouchers and suspensions.
  • Gain a full working knowledge of the Links Booking system and provide assistance with ARC LTS enquiries and bookings.

About You

We are seeking someone that is enthusiastic, self motivated and a great cultural fit. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and excellent computer, organisational and time management skills. Ideally you will have experience in the Links Booking system or willing to learn.  If you are detail-oriented and passionate about providing outstanding administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications required to be considered for this position include:

  • A Working with Children check
  • A current National Police Clearance
  • Child Safe Environments Training
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR
