  • $35.87 Per Hour Plus Super
  • Mulgundawa Location – 15 minutes from Murray Bridge
  • Full or Part Time Hours (preferable 4 or more per week)
  • Immediate Start and ongoing for the right candidate 

This is an immediate start for the right person with an excellent attitude to contribute to the accounts and administration team. The daily responsibilities will include a variety of duties and mainly focusing on the accounts payable function.  The other duties will include general administration and customer service.  

They are a successful South Australian business and based just 15 minutes from Murray Bridge.

Job Duties:

  • Preparation of Purchase orders
  • Entering Supplier Invoices into Xero
  • Weekly Bank Reconciliation
  • Administrative duties
  • Maintaining, ordering office supplies and stationery
  • Provision of Administrative support as and when needed
  • General customer service
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly

About You

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Preferred Xero experience
  • Great attitude to contribute to a small team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional telephone manner
