About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is currently seeking an experienced Business and Projects Support Officer to support their team with administration services. Based in Clare, this role is full time hours, Monday to Friday – there is some flexibility for the right candidate if required. Paying $43 – $46/hr casual + Super, this is a temporary role going for approximately 6 months.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Events and meetings management
- Financial administration
- Information and records management
- Internal and external client management
- The undertaking of minor projects
- Efficient and effective administration within many of the clients projects, including agenda management, minute taking, communicating with stakeholders and the project team members
- Other activities as required
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service to multiple stakeholders
- High level organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of work, changing priorities and important deadlines.
