The Role:
Maxima, and our Host Employer, are looking for a dedicated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship, as Administration Support.
As Administration Support your primary focus is to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the team to ensure administration is performed in a professional accurate and timely manner
This fulltime traineeship, located at Underwood, will see you receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Duties Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and emails
- Data entry
- Document management and preparation
- Coordinate course bookings, training rooms and materials
- Prepare invoices and take payments as required
- Additional administrative duties as required
About You:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Thrive working under pressure and when multitasking
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Effective time management skills
Role Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (including Excel and OneDrive)
