The Role:
Maxima, and our Host Employers, are looking for committed individuals to undertake an entry-level Business Traineeship.
Throughout this 18-month traineeship you will receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and study online towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and emails
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Learn and apply administrative processes and procedures under the guidance of experienced administrators
- Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
