The Role:
Maxima, and Diverseco, are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship.
Located at Rowville, the Business Trainee supports the administrative functions within the Diverseco Branch office. They support the objectives of managers, sales staff and project managers by ensuring that administrative support tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Across 12 months you will work full time, gain paid, practical experience and study a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. You will also receive continuous mentoring from a dedicated Maxima Consultant.
Duties Include:
- Customer service, in person and over phone
- Monitor and respond to email and phone correspondence
- Document processing including filing and scanning
- Create and maintain electronic files
- Data entry
- Additional administration duties as required
About You:
- Positive and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Thrive working under pressure and when multitasking
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
Role Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
