Maxima’s client, a large commercial construction company, are seeking a Qualified Carpenter with experience on commercial sites, for a new project recently commenced in North Lakes.
Working on a commercial job site, you will work as part of a team working on 3 new commercial buildings.
Casual hourly pay of $40.00 per hour + daily travel allowance and OT paid as required.
The ideal candidates will require the following:
- Carpentry qualification
- Current driver’s license
- White Card (or blue card equivalent)
- Experience in commercial formwork – advantage not essential
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Experience setting out – run string lines for buildings, mark where buildings, footings etc are, using level – essential
- Own PPE including hard hat
- Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment physical assessment
- Can do and motivated attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
