About the Role
This temporary role is based in the northern suburb’s duration is approximate four (4) months. This role is required to administer property authorisations by utilising the associated processes for the compliant use of land and property.
Responsibilities
Administering of property authorisations, databases and documentation related to key
team accountabilities including, but not exclusive to:
- Maintain land register and naming of assets
- Compliance and signage
- Liaise with staff across the organisation and legal services.
- Maintain records to demonstrate compliance.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence for internal and external customers
- Positively and proactively contribute to fostering the team culture and
- supporting successful team business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Understanding of land and property-related work processes.
- Experience in the preparation and administration of land and property authorisation and tenancy agreement documents
- Excellent administrative experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills
- A customer-centric approach to achieving successful and positive outcomes.
- Experience in land and property administration or have an interest in property
Essential
- Current car driver’s licence.
