Customer Contact Officer

About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking a Customer Contact Officer to conduct warm calls to prospective clients. On any given day, you will be provided with a list of prospective clients to contact to discuss their current real estate plans – and offer them relevant services. Scripts for these conversations are provided.
 Shifts are 3 hours long between 9am – 6pm, with some flexibility to work shifts around availability. The ideal candidate will be able to complete 7 – 8 shifts per week across Monday to Fridays.

Paying $33.38/hr casual + super, this role is entirely working from home, so an ergonomic work from home set up is required. Part of the onboarding for this role will include providing proof of appropriate work from home set up.

Please note that computer, phone and internet are not provided for by the client, this requires you to utilise your own.  

This role is casual, going for approximately 3 months, with closure during the Christmas period. 

Duties of the role include:

  • Conducting warm calls from a list of prospective clients provided to you
  • Up to 80 calls per shift
  • Relevant administration, ie. Documenting conversations.

About You:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in either telemarketing or call centre required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and over the phone
  • Ability to work from home, with suitable working from home space – chair, desk, internet connection.
