About the Role:
Maxima’s client, located in Mulgundawa (just a short 15 minute drive from Murray Bridge!), is looking for their next Customer Service superstar to join the team on a 6 month (approx.) temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role is working full time hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, paying a casual rate of $35.80/hr + Super.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Sales and customer service
- Process customer orders received via email, phone or fax
- Ensure all sales order data is recorded in the ERP system, investigate outstanding orders
- Prepare customer quotes
- Manage customer enquires
- Accounts receivable: process customer payments, debt collection as required
- Administration: answer phones, respond to sales enquiries, order consumables as required, assist management as required, assist operations as required etc.
About You:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Accounts/Invoicing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with MYOB (highly regarded)
- A drivers license and car (required)
