The Role:
 
Location: Moranbah QLD
Duration: 24-month Traineeship
 
As a Customer Advisor Trainee, you will support customers with their everyday banking needs. Anything from welcoming customers in store with transaction enquiries, to promoting NAB products and services, assisting you to learn the ropes of the banking industry.
 
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Respond to incoming and outgoing enquiries
  • Recommend and refer financial services and products
  • Cash handling, EFTPOS and financial reporting
  • Teach customers how to use their new/existing banking product
  • Deliver an outstanding, positive service to all customers
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

 
About You:
 
To be successful in this traineeship, you’ll need:
 

  • Passionate about providing quality customer service
  • A proactive attitude and takes initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office
