Customer Support Officer

About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client, located in Melrose Park, is looking for 2 x Customer Support Superstars! 1 x role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, 1 x role is negotiable either full time or part time hours. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel to assist with their enquiries
  • Printing and sorting of customer emailed orders and enquiries
  • Data entry of orders with accuracy
  • Assist with order office processes and procedures
  • Meet and greet on site visitors and assist with customer collection of orders
  • Review customer orders to ensure all relevant information is available for production and despatch
  • Maintain office filing system
  • Process amendments to orders in accordance with administrative systems
  • Assist with the preparation of computer-generated quotes requested by clients and “one off sales”

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience (required)
  • Confident data entry skills (required)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (required)
  • Experience in administration/customer service in a production setting (desirable)
