Key Duties – Learn to Swim Instructor You will be based in the aquatics area and responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality swimming lessons
- Teaching students according to their age, skill level, and learning needs
- Maintaining all required qualifications and certifications
- Supervising students to ensure safety at all times
- Completing administrative tasks related to the Learn to Swim program
- Attending required training sessions and staff meetings
- Providing guidance on swim teaching, coaching, and related matters
- Recording attendance, completing student assessments, and issuing certificates
- Setting up, maintaining, and packing away equipment to ensure a clean and safe teaching space
- Delivering a high standard of professionalism and customer service
