Mower Operator
Location: Golden Grove, SA
Position Type: Casual positions through Maxima Labour Hire. Full-time hours available, Monday to Friday.
Contract Duration: Up to 6 months approx.
Pay Rate: From $31.90ph (depending on experience)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Mower Operator to operate commercial mowing equipment, including front mowers, wide-area mowers, and zero-turn mowers. The role also involves using other small gardening equipment such as whipper snippers and leaf blowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of commercial mowers and gardening equipment
- Maintain verges, and public open spaces to a high standard
- Meeting contract deadlines
- Reporting any hazards or maintenance issues
- Working safely and efficiently in public areas
Requirements:
- Experience operating commercial mowers and other gardening equipment
- Driver’s License and transport
- Physically fit and able to work all adverse weather conditions
- Horticulture certificates and tickets highly regarded
