The Role:
Location: Edwardstown SA
Duration: 18-month Traineeship
As a People and Culture Administrator Trainee, you are responsible for the provision of clerical and administrative services to the People and Culture team and organisation.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high level People and Culture admin support with high level customer service
- Ensure phone calls and messages are taken effectively and referred to the appropriate person
- Manage the People and Culture email and escalate emails as required
- Complete reporting on People and Culture areas, including but not limited to, workplace surveys, retention and exits
- Ensure all required reporting is completed in a timely manner in alignment with deadlines
- Update and maintain all existing staff files, databases and documentation
- Provide administrative support to adhoc projects and tasks as required
About You:
To be successful in this Traineeship, you will need:
- Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- High level of customer service and telephone manner
- Ability to demonstrate active listening
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Ability to work effectively with a highly diverse range of people
- Maintain high level of confidentiality relating to all CLO information
Role Requirements:
- Current ‘C Class’ Driver’s Licence
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, databases and SharePoint
