Maxima’s Recruitment Services are seeking a Qualified Plumber for a FT Perm position working with their client based in Underwood.
Working Monday – Friday 6.30am – 2.30pm with some overtime and Saturdays work required, you will also participate in a 1-in-6 weeks on-call roster and enjoy an RDO each month.
On offer is $50 per hour including several allowances such as tool and meal allowances, PPE + a work vehicle to be used from the depot daily.
This position includes plumbing maintenance on several large clients including supermarkets, service stations, food and beverage manufacturing plants and industrial/ commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing leaking water mains inside buildings
- Leaking or blocked underground water and sewer mains
- Blocked internal drains, grease traps, pump wells and pits
- General leaking toilets and taps
- Backflow prevention valve and thermostatic mixing valve testing and repairs
- Commercial water filter replacement
- Minor roof repairs or installations
About You:
- Qualified Plumber
- Current driver’s license – manual preferred
- Own hand and battery-operated tools
- Experienced working within the industrial/ commercial industry
- Available for an immediate start, however we are willing to hold off until the new year should you need to give notice and/or have holidays planned
