About the Role:
Please note this role is formally titled “Rates and Systems Officer.”
Maxima’s client is seeking an experienced Rates and Systems Officer to join their Recruitment services team on a temporary, 3 month basis. This role has the potential to extend past 3 months or go permanent for the right candidate.
Working in a small team within a broader Recruitment Services team, this role is responsible for providing award and pay advice and support to the Consultants and management team.
Duties include:
- Creating quotes on pricing/pay rates for Consultants and tender applications
- Award interpretation
- Setting up Awards and Conditions to the payroll system
- Adding/updating pay rates and charge rates in the payroll system
- Applying relevant award and EBA increases to rate cards
- Working within a team to respond to Consultant and management enquiries
About You:
- Available for full time hours (part time or flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate)
- Previous relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High level attention to detail
- High level retention of information
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid National Police Clearance
