Scheduling Administration Officer

  • $35.87/hr (casual) + Super
  • Brand new office on the Western fringe of the city

About the Role:
Maxima’s longstanding and valued client is seeking an experience administration professional to join their Trades Scheduling team in a temporary maternity leave cover. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm (start time is negotiable for the right candidate). Offering administrative support to the team, the responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Run open job reports and provide updates on open jobs
  • Book works with subcontractors and follow up status of works
  • Provide updates in client portal
  • Extend jobs in client portal
  • Follow up with state schedulers for status of self delivered works
  • Take calls regarding jobs

About You:
Joining a small, dynamic team, this role requires a candidate with previous experience in administration and customer service. Experience with CRM software or similar is highly regarded, but not required.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain prior to starting)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
