Scheduling & Operations Coordinator

Maxima’s Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Operations Coordinator to join their client on a FT basis. Our client is a trusted name in commercial and Government plumbing services across Brisbane.

Be the operational heartbeat of a respected, family-run plumbing business that’s thrived for 3 generations based in Underwood. 

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily jobs through ServiceM8, including subcontractor bookings and purchase orders
  • Quote, invoice and reconcile timesheets against job labour records
  • Track and order inventory, stock and supplies
  • Prepare and upload SWMNS documentation 
  • Review push camera reports and manage associated admin
  • Liaise with the Plumbing Manager and PAQ on apprentice logistics

About You:

  • Proven experience in trade services scheduling or ops coordination within plumbing or utilities
  • Confident using ServiceM8, Navman or similar job and time-tracking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and structured task management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
