The Role:
 
Location: Keswick SA
Duration: 12-month Traineeship
 
As an Administrative Office Support Coordinator, you will learn to deliver frontline customer service by answering inbound enquires and responding to emails ensuring the provision of a quality customer experience.
 
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organising courier collections and deliveries
  • Acting as the first point of contact at reception, coordinating visitor arrivals and liaising with couriers and building services
  • Supporting the coordination of weekly office lunches and assist with the setup and delivery of internal events and team activities
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including facilities upkeep (e.g. coffee machines, kitchen areas, amenities) and addressing maintenance or access issues (e.g. building passes, parking enquiries)
  • Maintaining office supplies, including monthly stationery stocktakes, ordering, and storage organisation
  • Ensuring shared spaces are kept clean, stocked and presentable, including regular fridge clean-outs and replenishment of kitchen items
  • Managing inventory of new starter materials and office swag, maintaining accurate records to support timely ordering
  • Conducting periodic audits of office assets (e.g. building access passes) to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinating general office upkeep, including organising bulk clean-ups and removal of unused or damaged items

 
About You:

  • Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills

 
Eligibility Criteria:
 

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
