Temporary & Permanent Employment

Let us help you find a job

Maxima Recruitment Services offer a variety of both temporary and permanent positions. Our experienced consultants will work with you to understand your needs, skills and experience to find a role that’s right for you.

Temporary positions can be both a career decision and a great starting point for many job seekers. They provide you with flexibility, the opportunity to try different roles and are also a great way to get a foot in the door, with many employers using temporary assignments as a way to recruit their permanent staff. Temporary assignments vary from days to months, depending on the needs of our clients.

Permanent employment offers stability and often long-term growth within a company. Permanent roles provide job seekers with a sense of security, offering consistent employment and benefits.
