Maxima Plan management can support you by:

  • managing and monitoring your NDIS budget
  • managing your NDIS claims and disbursing funds to providers for services delivered
  • providing regular statements that show the financial status of your plan – that includes prompt notification if you are over or under spending
  • offering increased choice and control with additional plan financial assistance after your plan has been implemented.

Our online customer portal gives you real time access to see how much funding you have available, and the invoices we have processed. You can also track your NDIS spending through monthly financial statements. Our plan managers can provide regular check-ins to ensure you are staying within your funded amounts and we’re just a phone call away if you need advice.

Under Improved Life Choices support categories, Plan Management falls under ‘Financial administration of a participants NDIS plan’ and/or ‘Financial management capacity building supports and training’.
