Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Maxima’s Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches work with you to get the most out of your NDIS plan.
Support Coordinators will help you to independently access the services that best suit you, and if you need more specific supports, our experienced Recovery Coaches are specialists in psychosocial disability and can help develop personalised Recovery and Crisis Management Plans.
Level 1 & 2 Support Coordination
NDIS provides the resources to help people living with disability connect with supports and services available to them.
Our Support Coordinators are friendly and helpful, they are experienced in helping people understand and unpack the supports within an NDIS plan. We help you to independently access the services that suit you.
What is involved?
Maxima can help by:
• Connecting you to the NDIS and other supports
• Brokering supports and services in line with your wishes and plan budget
• Helping you get the most out of your funding
• Building your capacity and understanding of your NDIS plan
• Planning and navigating the NDIS to help you make your own decisions and reach
your goals
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, you must have “Capacity Building – Support Coordination” included in your NDIS plan.

Where considered reasonable and necessary by the NDIA, an allocation of Support Coordination funding will be included in the Capacity Building budget of an NDIS Plan. This means not everyone will have access to Support Coordination.
If an NDIS plan states a level of Support Coordination that has been funded (this might be listed as level 1, 2, 3, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching), then you are only eligible for this level of support.
If an NDIS plan does not state the level of Support Coordination, you are eligible for all levels of Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
