About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to support a busy Learning & Development team within a well-respected aged care organisation.
This is a temporary opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, and can confidently work across systems with minimal supervision.
  
Working as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across learning and training initiatives, manage enquiries, coordinate training activities, maintain accurate records, and support reporting requirements.
  
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to employee and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
  • Creating and maintaining training events within Oracle/MyHR.
  • Managing training registrations, schedules, and participant records.
  • Generating and maintaining training and compliance reports.
  • Supporting training plans and learning pathways.
  • Maintaining accurate data and training records.
  • Preparing spreadsheets and reports to support business needs.
  • Assisting with process improvements and project coordination activities.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who can quickly adapt to new systems and processes. You enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
You will bring a positive, customer-focused approach and have the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication across teams.
  
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration and coordination experience.
  • Strong systems experience, ideally using Oracle, MyHR, or similar HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Experience managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
  • Experience coordinating training programs and learning activities.
  • Experience creating training sessions and managing learning records.
  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to generate and interpret training reports.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to quickly learn systems and work effectively with minimal training.
