Maxima Training Group is looking for Tree Workers for several metropolitan councils based in the Northern and Western suburbs.
Cutbacks are required to make it safer for Local Communities and tidy up and beautify their open spaces!
About the Role
We have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced Arborists to join our client’s teams.
Working a 9-day fortnight, with good $$$ with a great team responsible for maintenance across parks, reserves, and sporting grounds.
Duties include:
- Pruning and care of trees and streetscapes
- Tree Removal
- Tree Planting
- Root Pruning
- General Landscaping
Key Requirements
- MR Truck Licence (or the willingness to get)
- Chainsaw Ticket and Experience
- White Card
Desirable Skills, Certification, Experience includes
- Working Safely at Heights (Training)
- Record Keeping Skills / Experience
- Reading / interpreting plans
- EWP Licence
- Electrotechnology Certification
About you
You are an experienced tree worker, with experience operating chainsaws, chippers and truck driving. You are looking to work in a team environment where safety and the quality of work are the highest priorities.
