We’re seeking a motivated Arborist to join a Local Government team maintaining and improving community green spaces. Whether you’re an experienced Arborist or looking to grow your career in Local Government, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work within a great team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Tree pruning and removals
- Tree maintenance across parks, reserves, and streetscapes
- Operating arboriculture equipment (chainsaws, chippers, EWP where applicable)
- Maintaining safe work practices
- Working within a supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (or working towards — highly regarded)
- Previous arborist or relevant outdoor labouring experience
- Chainsaw ticket (preferred)
- MR/HR Licence (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
