– Translate business requirements into technical specifications

– Refine and standardize templates, logs, and registers

– Align all artifacts to newly approved frameworks and models

Requirements:

• Translate high-level business concepts into technical specifications and end-user guides
• Apply a broad range of business analysis techniques to complex business requirements, including process flows, state diagrams, and use cases
• Demonstrate solid skills in facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and walk-throughs to elicit information, obtain validations, and approvals
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and user guide development
• Showcase advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Visio, as well as familiarity with Teams and SharePoint
