The Role:
Maxima, and QBuild, are looking for dedicated individuals to undertake a Business Traineeship. There are multiple positions available across various locations.
These 12-month fulltime positions will enable you to develop relevant skills and knowledge within the industry through working hands-on, and support this with study on-the-job towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to QBuild customers
- Undertake travel bookings including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries and car hire
- Monitor and manage internal and external correspondence and incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction, and within boundaries, develop an outcome which achieves both customer and business objectives
- Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems
- Undertake general administration functions as required
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Willing to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Positive and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational and skills
- Ability to multitask to meet deadlines
Role Requirements:
- Driver’s licence
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, Outlook (or similar)
- Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
