The Role:
Maxima, and Country to Coast Queensland, are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship.
Located at the Maroochydore office this role will see you providing administrative support to the organisation, ensuring effective communication and the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Throughout this traineeship you will gain hands-on experience, paid training and continuous mentoring towards gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Duties Include:
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and emails
- Manage and update records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Organise meetings and events, including booking rooms and preparing agendas
- Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation as required
- Support teams to create and distribute communications
- Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
- Additional administrative duties as required
About You:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Takes initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask to meet deadlines
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Thrives working within team environments and independently
Role Requirements:
- Current C class drivers’ licence
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Previous administration or customer service experience (desirable)
