Our client Fremantle Ports is undertaking a project to replace the current payroll system, this will involve moving time sheeting into Oracle. The Change Analyst will support the Project Manager with change management for the project.
Key duties include:
- Develop an actionable Change Management plan that identifies activities to be performed, sequencing of activities,
- Stakeholder analysis and detailed impact assessment that assists with the development of change plans.
- Coordinating and scheduling of training, developing training materials and training delivery.
- Execution of feedback plan monitoring engagement, leadership, business readiness and adoptions
Qualification/Skills/Experience:
- Change analysis with a proven experience in technology change and training.
- Experience in facilitation and stakeholder engagement to drive successful change outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced report writing and presentation abilities.
- Desirable – a relevant qualification, such as PMP, APGM, Prosci, CCMP, and CPCM.
- Experience with ERP/Payroll project management.
