About the Role
The function of these roles is to help deliver high-quality civil construction and maintenance services that support safe, functional, and attractive public spaces for the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake civil construction and maintenance works including concrete works, paving, drainage, and road maintenance
- Operate plant, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with traffic management and worksite setup
- Follow work plans, drawings, and instructions from supervisors
- Comply with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
- Contribute positively to a team-based work environment
About You
You enjoy practical, outdoor work and take pride in delivering quality outcomes. You are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will bring:
- Experience in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, or a similar field (desirable)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current driver’s licence (HR/MR desirable or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to operate plant and equipment or willingness to be trained
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
