About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking an Administration superstar to join them on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying $37.13/hr (casual) + Super, this role is working 5 days/week, 9am – 4pm.  This role is located in an agricultural company in Burton.  Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing sales and generating invoices
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist in fulfilling customer orders
  • Liaise with freight carriers and logistics contacts when necessary
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers
  • Utilise a range of software and invoicing systems as needed
  • Updating and managing customer information via CRM system

About You:

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude
  • Proactive
  • Willing to learn!
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain at the cost of the employer)
