Customer Service / Logistics Officer

About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking a Customer Service superstar to join them on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying $37.13/hr (casual) + Super, this role is working 2 days/week, Mondays and Tuesdays.
This role is located in an agricultural company in Burton.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • General administration
  • Sales support as required

About You:

  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (desirable)
  • Experience with Xero (desirable)
  • Experience with Capsule CRM (desirable)
  • Experience with MAC (desirable)
  • Availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays.
