About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking a Customer Service superstar to join them on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying $37.13/hr (casual) + Super, this role is working 2 days/week, Mondays and Tuesdays.
This role is located in an agricultural company in Burton.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- General administration
- Sales support as required
About You:
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics (required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
- Experience with customer relationship management software (desirable)
- Experience with Xero (desirable)
- Experience with Capsule CRM (desirable)
- Experience with MAC (desirable)
- Availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays.
