About the Role
This isn’t your typical reception job.
At The ARC Campbelltown, the front desk is the heartbeat of The ARC, busy, social and full of variety.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first person our patrons, members and visitors meet. You will help families book swim lessons, support our regular members and join new customers to membership. You will also liaise with customers over the phone and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, positive first impression
- Managing bookings for swim school and centre programs
- Handling payments and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Assisting with membership sales and general enquiries
- Supporting busy periods with confidence and professionalism
- Keeping reception and foyer areas clean, organised and inviting
- Helping resolve customer enquiries and day-to-day issues, in person and over the phone.

Availability
This role requires:
- Weekday evening availability, particularly Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday preferred)
- Capacity to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with potential for additional shifts
Requirements
You hold or are willing to obtain:
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- First Aid and CPR
- Child Safe Environment Training
