Our Host Employer is a global leader in information security and technology for all units of defence. They are engaged in the design, development and integration of many products and services, including radar system innovation, calibrating satellites, and supporting missile systems.
Across 24 months, you will be allocated paid study time towards achieving a nationally recognised Certificate III in Information Technology. Whilst working full-time gaining industry experience, you will also receive continuous mentoring from a dedicated Maxima consultant.
Provide efficient and effective helpdesk support to all staff and customers using a ticketing system. This role will require you to work primarily at Mawson Lakes, but will also be required to work in the Adelaide office.

Duties Include:
- Handle incoming IT related enquiries and requests from staff
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance to IT equipment
- Gather reports on ticketing and system issues
- Work with mixture of Microsoft, Google, Android, and Apple technologies
About You:
- Passion and interest for all things IT related
- Can build rapport with a variety of groups
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and takes initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn
Role Requirements:
- Cannot have completed a Certificate III in IT or higher (e.g. Bachelor or Masters)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Baseline Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of applications and operating systems
