Our client based in Malaga WA is seeking reliable and motivated crew members to join their Parks and Gardens Maintenance Team on a temporary basis.

- $30 – $40 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- One Sunday shift per month

Key Responsibilities
- Perform parks, gardens, and grounds maintenance activities
- Operate and maintain gardening and landscaping equipment including:
- Brushcutters
- Mowers and zero-turn mowers
- Blowers
- Hedge trimmers
- Other grounds maintenance equipment
- Undertake weeding, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and turf maintenance
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely
- Conduct routine site inspections and report issues as required
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements, including the use of PPE
About You
- Experience in parks, gardens, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar outdoor role is highly regarded
- Ability to safely operate basic gardening and maintenance equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and participate in ongoing testing if required.
- Current driver’s licence advantageous
- Must have full Australian working rights
Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Experience with turf care, hedge trimming, brushcutting, or landscape maintenance
- Traffic Management Ticket (desirable)
- Pest Management Ticket (desirable)
