Executive And Business Support Officer

Maxima’s Recruitment Services team are seeking a highly experienced Administration professional to fill a position as Executive and Business Support Officer. This role provides high level, confidential and politically sensitive administrative support to the General Manager and, as required, to the Branch Management Team.
 
Based in Logan Central you will work Monday – Friday with a casual hourly pay of $42.96 + super. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the General Manager’s diary, inbox, agenda and schedule meetings as required
  • Assist the General Manager in the development of the Operational Plan, Branch Business Plan and Monthly Performance Reports
  • Coordinate Branch Management Team meetings including agenda preparation, minute taking and distribution, scheduling and room bookings
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures, documentation, templates, and processes
  • Maintain logical reporting registers ensuring information is accurate, up to date and distributed in a timely manner
  • Provide financial support as needed

About You:

  • Current C class driver’s license
  • Experience in the provision of high-level business and administrative support to a management position
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in providing and leading critical and timely business support services working under pressure and with general direction
  • Demonstrated ability to set own priorities, coordinate and prioritise own workload and respond to constantly changing work demands
  • High level interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Experience in performing basic financial administrative tasks and responsibilities such as raising purchase orders, requisitions, running end of month financial performance reports
