Maxima has been engaged to recruit a Qualified Horticulturalist for our Northern suburb’s client.
This is an ongoing casual position with the possibility of Full Time after a trial period.

About the Role:
As part of the Horticulture team, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our green spaces remain well-presented, healthy, and welcoming for the community. Your daily tasks will include:
- Mowing using front-deck mowers
- Brush cutting and edging
- Weed control and eradication
- General maintenance of landscaped areas and reserves
- Driving council vehicles and trucks
What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III in Horticulture (essential)
- Current MR Driver’s License (essential)
- White Card – Construction Induction (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience in horticulture, biodiversity, or garden maintenance
- Ability to pass a functional assessment and national police check
