Maxima has been engaged to recruit Qualified Tradesperson to play an integral role in creating and maintaining vibrant green spaces and beautiful parks and gardens.
About the Role
This is an ongoing casual position for someone who has an eye for detail and passionate about delivering high standards of garden maintenance for the local community and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake horticultural maintenance, including planting, pruning, irrigation, turf management, and pest control
- Participate in landscape development and improvement projects
- Operate and maintain a range of horticultural equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of seasonal works and community beautification initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and WHS standards
About You
You meet the key criteria below and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Criteria
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent qualification)
- Demonstrated practical experience in horticulture, parks, or garden maintenance
- Sound plant identification and pest/disease management skills
- Irrigation experience
- Current driver’s licence (MR or willingness to obtain desirable)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
